MIT S.A. Board Stacker

MIT makes a board stacker that includes a heavy duty frame with pneumatic cylinders and stopper to prepare and separate the layers. The MIT Automatic Stacker is able to stack 10 layers per minute. It has eight swords that are electrically driven. There is a package aligner at one end with a pneumatics system. The lumber layer aligner has two pneumatic adjustable cylinders. There is a hoist with 4 support arms. It also has a heavy duty frame and a working height of 7’.3. The MIT automatic system for feeding sticks is to be loaded manually at the top with sixteen pockets. The sticks should be of 13/16 x 1-3/8 x 4’3-3/16”. This system comes with a MIT power and control panel with power boards. The control system commands the line with PLC, sensors, variable frequency, etc. Important note: This stacker is designed to pass lumber from 3” to 12” wide and thicknesses of 5/8” to 4”. If this equipment is operated closer to the extreme measures, the 10 layers per minute will decrease.
